Nothing but praise for the service done to our carpets, truly deserving of all 5 stars. I initially contacted another carpet company who were highly recommended locally, they offered one free room, but after measuring my carpet their quote was almost $1,000, what?!?!? I took the one free room and went in search of another company to finish the job. I called Piedmont Carpet Care and spoke to the owner of the family owned business, and told him I was desperate and needed someone to come out today. Even though it was late in the afternoon, he agreed to come that evening. He did an outstanding job on our carpets, and offered to do the same amount of carpet for a 1/3 of the price of the other company. No extra or hidden charges, stains were removed, carpets smell fresh and were beautifully cleaned. I am so impressed with the customer service, and I have found my forever carpet cleaners.

They did an excellent job and I wish that I had taken before pictures to post because there is such a big difference. Not only did the carpets look great, they thought the original estimate was too high and voluntarily lowered the price when it came time to pay. I highly recommend Piedmont Carpet Care and will definitely use them again in the future!
