  Paul is an experienced, competent and patient realtor. Plus, his cash back scheme is the best deal in town. We had a great time working with Paul to buy our new home. He was very professional, prompt and stayed on top of things to make sure we close on time. He worked well with the seller's agent and was able to successfully negotiate a good deal. I have no qualms in recommending Paul for real estate services.

  Paul is the best in business!! Knowledgeable, Agile, Responsible, Paul always has customer’s best interest and their back. He takes time to understand your needs and puts in the effort to look for the property that is best suited for you. I asked for his opinions many a times and he was honest and detailed each time. I would do business with him again in a heartbeat and ask my upcoming generations to do the same!!

  Paul helped me when purchasing my home in Fairfax. Although I bother him a lot, he was always very responsive and knowledgeable. I felt comfortable and safe working with him and he made me feel at ease. He always listened to my needs and in return we were able to find exactly what I wanted. Paul helped me with recommendations which included the home inspector and the settlement company who all gave me the same excellent care.

  We really enjoyed working with Paul at Take 2 Real Estate. He is very knowledgeable about the local real estate market and was a great resource for our home search. We were able close on our first choice house on time and the transaction was smooth and easy. Getting a rebate was the icing on top! You will be missing out on a great realtor if you don’t work with Paul.
