  They do not reimburse defective Amazon Gift cards and seem willing to drop customers that can pay them $10,000 or more per year rather than reimburse a $50. or $100. defective card.
  
  Not a smart business policy. Would recommend they change it rather than irritate and possibly lose customers.
  
  They could reimburse the customer and contact Amazon themselves for reimbursement rather than pushing it back on the customer to contact Amazon. Either that or stop offering defective gift cards that they take no responsibility for.

  Great shop. Honestly, I fell on ice outside in their parking lot, but the manager was super caring. Didn't try to deny fault or wave the issue away. It wasn't more than a twisted ankle, but I was so impressed. Kudos.

  Giant is a great store. I can find anything I may need here and some things I didnt know I needed. It's always clean and the people are friendly and eager to help you.

  This Giant is in a really nice shopping center.
  There is a bank inside and the employees of Giant were helpful and friendly. There are several self checkouts in addition to plenty of regular checkouts which ensure short lines at peak shopping times and days.
