  Anibal and Carlos came out to install a humidifier on our unit. They were professional, courteous and efficient. They finished up in a timely manner and left no traces that anyone had even been at the house. The office staff was very helpful and easy to work with for pricing and scheduling as well. We will be using KCS going forward for normal maintenance and any other HVAC related needs!

  Matt did an outstanding job. He diagnosed the issue with my boiler; installed a new valve to replace the faulty one that was preventing water flow and even replaced a coupling that was leaking. He was on time, professional , and provided excellent customer service. I highly recommend Matt and the KCS team. I've been a loyal customer for 4 years now.

  Nothing like starting off the new year with the furnace breaking! But KCS Heating and Air was quick to answer their phone and get help on it's way. Matt was great! He made sure our furnace was working before he left and answered any of our questions to ease our minds. Thanks KCS Heating and Air and Matt!!!

  A strong gas odor was discovered by Washington Gas this weekend, coming out of my exhaust vent. They turned off the gas to my house which meant I had no heat. I immediately called KCS. Matt, the technician, arrived on time and was extremely professional and kind. He immediately knew what my concerns and heating issue were. He quickly diagnosed what the issue was. He ran a diagnostic and a few tests and fixed my problem. He was very knowledgeable and knew what he was doing. Matt immediately made me feel very comfortable and explained what had happened. He triple check to make sure the unit was back up and running and that I was comfortable with his assessment. He also confirmed that the strong gas odor was gone and being burned properly. I have used KCS and every time I am more than please and happy with their work, technicians, and office staff! Thank you KCS, you guys are the best!

  Fantastic service! Matt showed up on time and was very professional. Explained everything and gave me options, did not try to push sales. He showed me the best way to keep my older system running the most efficient.
