  I dropped in to Elite Strength & Conditioning while I was in town for work. Wayne is super knowledgeable in all areas of fitness, especially in Olympic weightlifting. His passion to train clients in health and fitness is evident when you first meet him. If you’re looking for a great facility, excellent coaching and programming, definitely check this place out.

  Wayne has been training me for over two years now and I have had amazing results. I joined the gym with very little knowledge of lifting weights and training with a variety of equipment. I have learned a lot from coach about training and eating correctly to get the results that you desire for yourself. I highly recommend this gym!

  Currently enrolled in the New You Six Week Challenge and feeling great! Great atmosphere for all levels of fitness and experience. Everyone in my group is friendly and encouraging. Coach is awesome to interact with. I don't normally like gyms and whenever I worked out with a personal trainer or a friend, I would end up goofing off for part of the time. When I'm here, that is no longer an option. I have to hold myself accountable and try to push myself because it is almost shameful to slack off when I see everyone else giving their all. I'm really glad I signed up!
