(September 3, 2017, 4:56 pm)I have suffered extreme severe dry eyes for many years. Over the years, I have been seen by many optometrists and an Opthalmologist. They all prescribed a special eye drops, Restasis, for my severe dry eyes and my BCBS insurance requires prior authorization. None of my former optometrists and Opthalmologist contacted my insurance for prior authorization because they literally informed me that it was too much hassle to deal with insurance. I've suffered with severe dry eyes for so many years until I was seen by Dr. Pham recently. His office immediately contacted my insurance and I now pay zero copay for this special eye drops. I can't thank you enough for his attentiveness and patient care. He's pprofessional, caring and willing to work with you. Also, His practice millennial digital technology is top notch. Thank you Doctor Pham for your great patient care.
