We worked with Powell Brower Interiors to update the first floor of our home. Nancy and Bethany are fabulous. They quickly learned our style and preferences and then designed and delivered a beautiful plan. They are friendly, professional and made the whole process so easy. I would definitely work with them again.

Nancy and Bethany assessed my home and worked with me to refine and improve on what I already had. I had always thought I knew how to decorate my home but it was never quite right. This team knew how to appreciate what treasures I already had and how to listen to my wishes, incorporating all into a cohesive plan that frankly created magic.

With very few furniture and art purchases, they used subtlety dynamic lighting, wall colors, rugs, and window treatments to create a far more comfortable and sophisticated home for me. I was impressed not just with their design, taste and installation skills, but with the creations from their select workshops who handmade furniture, drapes, etc. Really lovely and well crafted pieces at reasonable prices.

I love my space now and feel great satisfaction every time I enter a room. One of the best parts is that their process allowed me to feel I was one of the team, so we made this happen together; it's my creation, too.

Nancy and Bethany at PBI are absolutely wonderful- talented, professional, punctual and a complete joy to work with on a job. They’re also good listeners and really get a feel for what their clients are looking for and are willing to brainstorm lots of options. I so appreciated how patient they were with my many ideas. They are truly amazing designers with such a great eye for color, style and design. Even though we had a limited scope and budget, they helped us transform our space with paint and guidance on a new backsplash and new finishes to compliment the elements we could not change. They worked with our budget. I fully recommend them for all design services. They really are the best and in my humble opinion, there’s not a better interior design firm in NoVa. Five stars 👍🏻
