Jon and his brother are a great team. We have used them on both big and small plumbing jobs on two properties without any issues. Excellent responsiveness, quality work, and fair pricing.

Updated Review: Jon was out today to fix two exterior hose bibs and he did a great job. While at the house, I mentioned that we had a problem with one of the bathtubs and that another plumber had quoted us $4,000 to replace the bathtub! Jon identified the problem and fixed it within an hour, thereby saving my family thousands of dollars. Great guy, great plumber!

Prior Review: I called Jon at Hydro-Rooters on a Saturday morning after we had a basement shower drain backup. Jon was at our house in less than two hours and successfully diagnosed and fixed the problem. He was also professional, kind, and generous in sharing his knowledge with a layperson who wanted to better understand how our house's plumbing system works. There may be cheaper companies out there, but you get what you pay for and it's hard to put a price on peace of mind and knowing that things are done properly. While I hope to avoid future plumbing problems, if I have any, I will first call Jon.
