The Lifters Guild

I highly recommend this place. Vinny has trained my son since he was 11 years old, he is now 17. I decided to get him a trainer when we found out he had high triglycerides, this runs in my husbands side of the family. The doc told me he would need to exercise more and adopt this into his lifestyle. In the 6 years Vinny has trained him my son has soared. Because of Vinny’s training and education my son has never needed medication. His triglycerides are in normal range and have been for 5 years. Not only does my son look forward to his trainings, he wants to be a trainer. Now he is training with Vinny in powerlifting, he has been in 2 competitions. In both competitions my son got 1st place and even broke some Virginia records. This trainer is very knowledgeable, caring and dependable, he will definitely get you to your goals, or in my sons case beyond his goals.

One of the best in the area. Whatever your needs/wants are, he has something for you! Workouts are always fun and different and you are learning the correct movements to prevent injury. If you want to see results you have to check out the Lifters Guild, you will not be disappointed.
