  My experience started out as a Birthday Gift from my husband and it has been very rewarding. The CORE Team is outstanding, encouraging and caring. The members are friendly as well. CORE is highly recommended!!!

  I participate in both functional group training and Pilates training at Core, and I absolutely love it all. Ruth and her trainers are top-notch. They make it their business to know each client personally, and they work hard to help their clients achieve their personal fitness goals. Best of all, the trainers act as your personal cheerleaders making you feel as if you can climb the highest mountain.

  CORE is a great exercise studio. Personalized attention, and everyone is friendly - staff and clients. They have group classes and one-on-one with a personal trainer options, and when they design a fitness program for you, they keep up with you to see how you're doing, and if it needs to be modified. It's not like the big gyms where they give you a "form" with your recommended exercises and then never see you again. At CORE they care about their clients. It's also a very clean studio, great location with plenty of parking.
