Mr. Shaw was knowledgeable, professional and responsive. He ensured we were thoroughly informed with the process and completely satisfied with all documents before signing. He provided immediate responses to questions and was available via email, text and Zoom. Before going through the process I was apprehensive and overwhelmed with all of the documentation, but Mr. Shaw was patient and carefully walked us through every step of the process.
