Yesterday I had a back facial and a rebuild facial performed by Nelly. The entire experience was everything I had hoped for. I hadn't received a facial in over 5 years so I was kind of nervous but Nelly explained the procedure beforehand and answered all of my questions. I liked this spa because it was very cozy and did not feel too commercial like some other places I have been to in the past. With that being said, it is a little difficult to locate the building as there are not many signs posted so I would recommend arriving a few minutes early. I also really appreciated how welcoming the receptionist was while I was waiting for my appointment. I have already scheduled my next facial appointment and will be recommending this spa to my friends.

I had my first facial experience w/ Mavel and cannot speak highly enough of my results. Mavel was professional, SO thorough; working through all my concern-areas, and making thoughtful suggestions. I felt that her depth of knowledge on product ingredients was exceptional, she discussed all points w me in such a personable way. The spa room was relaxing, clean, and comfortable. Highly recommend!

Best facials ever!!! I have been going here for facials for over 2.5 years. I love how everyone is so professional and friendly. I started going here primarily before my wedding because I had clogged skin. My skin was glowing afterwards and it just got better with each session. The facial itself is super relaxing and Dee is very knowledgeable and gentle.
I moved to another state but used to visit Dee for a facial whenever I would be in the area because once you go here you will not like it anywhere else. I so missed going to Dee for my facials because they are the best ever!! I am back to VA now and very happy to be going back here again. Even though it's a 40 min drive for me, it is SO worth it!! I highly recommend you give this spa a chance and I assure you you will love it!!

I can't recommend this place enough. My husband and I both had the best experience here. We both saw Nely for facials with extractions. Nely was very welcoming and knowledgable. My husband was nervous prior to the visit and she made him feel extremely comfortable.
The process was relaxing and comfortable. And as for my skin afterwards, I'm completely glowing. Although this was our first visit it most definitely won't be the last. These ladies know their stuff! Products are top of the line and everything is very CLEAN and sanitary. I have no complaints at all.

Dee is so accommodating and an all around pleasure to work with. She scheduled me (and rescheduled me) a last minute appointment before I left for vacation. I really appreciate that! Candi M. was also awesome. She did an excellent job on my lashes and I enjoyed her company. The place is beautiful and relaxing. The prices are reasonable and the service is fantastic.
