St. Alban's Anglican Church

They preach the true word of God and use the old prayer book. The people are a little bit "off beat" (eccentric) and I like that!

Warm and friendly Anglican church. The pastor and his entire family are lovely, dedicated servants and I recieve the same feeling from all congregants. This is a small faith family which makes this place of worship all the more special.

This is an Anglican more than a Catholic church, following traditional Anglican practices, and using the word "Catholic" in the sense of "universal" rather than "Roman Catholic". Although an RC myself, I look forward to visiting and attending a church service here so I can give a better review.

Regular church attendance since 1992. The Anglicans that worship here relocated the parish to Hermitage Road in 2000. This parish often serves as the meeting location for events involving the whole Diocese (The Diocese of the Mid-Atlantic States) including the recently concluded Synod, or the annual Lenten Day of Witness & the Pre-Advent Retreat. Services at 8:30am and 11:00am every Sunday.

Richmond's largest, oldest traditional Anglican parish: 1928 prayer book, 1940 hymnal. Worship style is High Church - to - Broad Church. Excellent choir. Scholarly preaching. Friendly congregation.
