  I am a long time Vendor of this facility. The last year i have seen a dramatic change in the complex and am sure it started with the newest administration. They are always modernizing and cleaning whenever i am there. I communicate mostly with the maintenance superintendent and administrator. They both take such pride in their respective positions and a pleasure to work with. ????

  Four years ago I had to put my mom in a lock down ward for patience with dementia. There are not many of these places left that are government assisted. She was at Envoy of Staunton and that was extremely bad experience. Then at. The Laurels of University Park that was a very bad place also. Now my mom is here at Envoy of Westover Hills. This facility is not large but bye far the best of my experiences with nursing homes. The staff is very a accommodating and they have taken better care of my mom. It's sad to have to experience any of this for a loved one but I do highly recommend this nursing home

  This year I’ve been particularly fortunate to work here. This building is under new management and has drastically changed for the better, new renovations, staff etc. So many of my coworkers are close to the residents, it’s sad some families don’t often visit. However it’s always nice to see staff stepping in to be something like an extended family. This is a cool place to work.

  Envoy has changed my life.. It is a nice, clean, and safe place.. I feel very blessed that I am here. I have a brain tumor and lucky that they have removed it and it was cancer free. I feel very blessed to have found Envoy. They treat you like family which is something that I didn't have before. They people are nice and most of all they treat you like you are part of theier family.

  I really enjoy working here. The staff is great and the residents look happy enjoying their day to day activities.
