Big Daddy's Barbecue & Ribs

Just finished eatin my pulled pork sandwich, apple cobbler w/ vanilla ice cream and fried. Food coma setting in. Service was great, food was even better so be patient, this isnt fast food. 5 stars for sure!

AMAZING FOOD AND GREAT PRICES!! my great grandmother and I were regulars here when I was growing up and i recently moved back to RVA and was excited to see that they were still open and had the same lady i remembered from my childhood. 100% recommend trying this place out.
Just be patient, when you pull up so the service is a bit
"slow" but it's completely understandable when you take into consideration that it's usually a one person show and they make the food fresh.

Wow. The service there was awesome! The sweet man and the sweet lady are so nice! I was a bit nervous I suppose to order here because I’ve never tried them before but this is some good soul food! Their chicken was too greasy and very well seasoned! They could’ve given me a bit more green beans but everything was good! The blackberry cobbler and ice cream! MWI ah chefs kiss!

My husband and I went to Big Daddy's Barbecue & Ribs today. We knew ahead of time that it is not fast food, it's food to order....so it took a few minutes. However, it was well worth it. We loved both the pork and the chicken sandwiches. We were also big fans of the corn fritters and seasoned fries. The owner suggested we try the blackberry cobbler with icecream....and that was a wonderful choice!!! We will definitely be going back.
