  Very professional and knowledgeable in regards to not only the manufacturing of a food truck/trailer, but about the food industry as well. From the time that I visited this place to inquire about having a food trailer built, they were patient and thoroughly explained every detail to me. Additionally, KSM delivered me a quality product and was also able to not only meet the timeline that was established for the completion date but it was completed nearly a week ahead of time. After my trailer was completed, Kaveh(the owner) took the time to walk through the trailer with me and provided me with an overview of my equipment. I can say that I am pleased and I look forward to doing business with KSM in the future. If you're in the market for a food truck/trailer, this is the place to go!!!

  Hello future KSM Customer,
  
  Where should we start to tell you about this journey into Big Belly Brothers hmmm. Me and my Brother started our Journey looking for a food truck to be built mid March prior to the COVID-19 pandemic. We have had several shops say the could do the job only to be disappointed in the end with no results. It wasn't until we saw a beautiful red trailer coasting in the Wal-Mart parking lot that read FANTABULOUS CHEF, at that time we knew it was a sign from GOD. I darted threw traffic and caught up to the owner of the trailer whom pointed me in the direction of KSM. Kaveh (the owner) made this experience very easy by walking us thru all steps. We highly recommend KSM for anyone in need of a customized food truck/trailer.

  It has always been my dream to own a food truck, and there is no other place that I would go to make that dream come true. The process was detailed and customized to my specifications. And above all, the expertise was outstanding. I could confidently ask any question and was sure to be advised with confidence of the best thing to do. The owner met all deadlines and was knowledgeable about the state laws and regulations. I can't wait to get another food truck from KSM.

  Kaveh and the guys at KSM definitely delivered a great product!! We were on a tight timeline, tight budget, and the finished product was absolutely perfect!! I have nothing but great things to say about KSM!! Their attention to detail, ability to customize, and quality of product definitely sets them apart from others!
