(August 7, 2020, 10:53 am)Dave and team performed a repair on my sewer line which was clogged, damaged, and backing up. The team was everything you hope for in a situation like this - punctual, understanding, VERY courteous, and honest. When we realized that part of the work I had already agreed to was not needed they did not do it, they were flexible and fair.
This team was recommended to me, and I would recommend them to others. -

(February 15, 2020, 8:58 am)I was pleased that they could respond to help me by the next day but then it ended. When the plumber got here I explained the problem, he came to a different idea of the source of the problem. After rodding out my line several times the water was flowing so he put everything back together. $400 later and he was in the truck getting ready to leave and I have the same problem again. I ran out to the truck and stopped him from leaving. I once again said what I thought was wrong and he took the small autovent off the drain line and everything worked. I had to go get the part and replace myself because he couldn't stay and fix. I don't think I will use them again.
Update - They reached out to me were very concerned about what happened. He told me he had spoken with the Tech and the service dispatchers and were taking action that this type of thing would never happen again. I was given a full refund and was asked to please consider using their company at another time. I will give this some thought, I feel a company that will reach out to you and try to resolve any issues is one that I would like to have working for me.
