Foster's Refrigeration

We’ve used them plenty of times in the past and almost everything has been great. Last summer we got a thermostat on our cooler replaced and a year later they charged us for another one on the same exact cooler because it was doing the same exact thing that they supposedly fixed. Then recently I’ve called twice and my husband has called once and each time they say someone will be right out and nobody comes. We have a store with chocolate in it and it’s very important it doesn’t get super hot. When I called this last time the man said “if the A/C wasn’t working it would be 100 degrees in there.” Well, it’s 90 degrees and still nobody has come.

Pros: Nelson was referred by a friend and he did not disappoint. Nice guy who knows HVAC. He also has an awesome office mgr- Shelly, who is ALWAYS pleasant. Prices are EXTREMELY fair and work is above par to many of the big box HVAC companies we've dealt with in the past. We would not hesitant to refer them.
Cons: Follow up sometimes falls through the cracks and you have to call back for whatever question you had. We understand that they are a small business and that summer months especially probably keep them really busy so it didn't bother us but something to think about if you know that is a pet peeve for you.
Overall, would DEFINITELY do business with again. Someone referred Foster and Sons to me and I would not hesitate to do the same.
