    Every piece of advice the coaches has given me has been spot on. Not just for fitness but also for healthy recovery from some injuries. Best community too.

    12Gauge is great Crossfit box with great coaches . I started coming in as a beginner to Crossfit not knowing how much about the sport. The coaches are great and work with you to help you achieve your goals and improve your overall level of fitness. The members are also great and encouraging with each workout. Highly recommend to everyone from beginners to experienced crossfitters.

    My 12 & 8 year old sons are members of the 12 Gauge Kids program and have been for a couple years now. This stuff is not just for adults. They absolutely love it. They have fun, but are challenged physically and mentally in a way that is safe for their ages.

    I owe it to this gym and its coaches for helping me find and develop my passion. They showed me the potential I had and gave me the inspiration to maximize that potential. I also have to point out that the community in this gym is a close one - gym members become family that pushes you to do your best. If you are looking for a workout that will challenge you and leave you feeling like you are flying high, try this place out for a week or so. You won't look back.

    This place is excellent!!
    The programming from start to finish is top notch.
    Matt, the owner, takes pride in this place which comes across in a lot of ways. No matter where you are in your life with fitness, just starting out or training for a tough competition, this place will have something for you.
