(January 4, 2019, 3:29 pm)Elite Countertops remodeled our kitchen in December 2018 and did an excellent job. My husband and I worked with Patricia Romero who came and took measurements of our kitchen, provided a design for us, ordered our cabinets for direct delivery, and remained in contact with us throughout the project. The kitchen was done in one week. The contractors that installed our cabinets and granite counter tops were polite and professional, as well as the plumber who came on the last day of the job to reconnect our dishwasher, water filter and faucet. Everything was completed to our expectations and we would recommend Elite Countertops/ Patricia Romero for any renovation.

(October 10, 2018, 9:29 am)Customer service is awesome!! We had an appointment scheduled for a Saturday but Patricia ended up sick. She called to cancel. She ended up setting up a 7pm appointment during the week. She called and her assistant put our address in wrong so she didn’t get there until about 8. She is very nice and professional. Went through everything with us. She measured so much more then other companies that have come out. Told us what we could do and how we could save money. Out of the 3 places we have tried to get quotes from she has been by far the best to deal with.

Patricia did my estimate and really worked with my wife and I to figure out a design that would work best for our kitchen space. Initially we didn't think a new kitchen was possible. We had thought only about redoing a small area and that was it. But with their special pricing for a 10 x 10 kitchen, we were able to get new cabinets and counter-tops. We couldn't be more pleased. Our kitchen looks amazing! Even though some small issues did arise, as soon as i mentioned them to Patricia, she had the guys come back as soon as possible to rectify the issue. They are very affordable, especially considering the quality of work they do! Highly recommend!
