  I'm going on my third year here at Stonegate Apartments. This is in a nice secluded part of town with great staff members. They are always more than willing to assist you in anything that you need. The service technicians are fast to fix any issues and very knowledgeable as well!! This is definitely one of the more affordable and nicer places in the Stafford area and I highly recommend it. Come be my neighbor!!

  I walked in looking for an appointment. Was greeted with respect thus made feel like it was the place for me to live in... My time was wonderful. I have suggested for some of my people to rent from here. Such a wonderful place God bless the staff over there

  My husband and I have lived here for a little over 5 years and in that time if there has ever been an issue the management has been on it right away. The staff and property manager are absolutely wonderful and always friendly and helpful. The grounds are always clean and the maintenance crew is great! I highly recommend checking them out if you are looking for an apartment. The apartments are the largest in the area and well worth the rent!

  I have been living here since July 2016 & so far my experience with the staff & the area has been amazing ! It's a really calm & quiet neighborhood ! The staff from the office are such amazing & friendly people . Any problems that I've had, have been fixed promptly & the maintenance guys are so friendly. I would highly recommend Stonegate Apartments to anyone looking for apartments in the Stafford area !

  I have lived here with my family for almost 3 years now. The office staff is always friendly. The maintenance crew responds in a timely manner. Our neighborhood is always clean. Glad to call this place home =)
