A U-Haul dealership is pretty much the same as any other U-Haul dealership, but the customer service makes this one stand out. They really went the extra mile to help me, even though they were visibly very busy. I also saw staff bending over backwards to help other customers. If you want to be treated like a person and not a number, this is the place to rent your truck or trailer.
It was easy and quick to pick up the Uhaul.
So far I have been very happy with the service and the kindness of the people working here. I also like the policies and the way things are managed.
They helped me to chose a 10'x10'. After moving things in, I started to realize I might need more storage. I saw a smaller one across the lane, they reserved it for me and held it for a couple weeks.
They also made recommendations for products that were right on.
Finally, they referred a local mover for the rest of my stuff and it looks like that is going to work out great! Thanks y'all.
