  I've been going to Method Gym for a little over a year. I've had a great experience! I use to have lower back pains, but since going to Method they've rarely occurred. I'm 28 and I'm in better shape than I was in high school! Stuart Womack doesn't just train your body, but also your mind with the knowledge to change your life for a healthier lifestyle! From exercise to diet, I feel confident in choices I've made to a healthier life since joining. My only regret is that I've waited so long to get my life together. Fortunately, it's never too late to start.

  My husband and I have been going here for nine months and it was such a great decision. Originally we wanted to challenge ourselves with something new and hoped we would enjoy working out with something a little different. It's sometimes hard to find motivation doing the same things in the gym, running, etc! Anyway, fast forward nine months and my husband has lost over 30lbs, AND we still love going as many times a week as we can! Stuart really cares about progress, technique, and how to find a healthy balance!
  
  I truly do not write many reviews, but if you're thinking about joining, you should at least come talk and try a class! You don't have to be an experienced fighter, we were non-experienced beginners at first too. The training, coaching, and challenging approach that is used at method boxing and personal training is inspiring. I have noticed a big difference in my body and mind...especially for my husband. He looks like real fighter now!
  
  We really enjoy it all (boxing/kickboxing/MMA, submission grappling, cardio circuits, stretching, diet information, the friendships, and so much more). 5 stars! ????

  The trainer Stuart Womack is a dedicated trainer. He works you with positive motivation and can work with beginners and the more well rounded workout enthusiast. I highly recommend Method Boxing, not just for boxers but for people who just want to feel great and get healthy!
