  I called a half an hour before arriving was quoted a price the price was actually what was quoted. The person at the desk was great the hotel was very impressive and very festively decorated. Everything was very clean. the breakfast was great I didn't expect such a variety especially considering it was complimentary. My only complaint would be the jacuzzi not working but the price and and everything else more than made up for it

  Very professional and courteous staff no what time day or night. Room service excellent I ask for towels her response sir I'll be back in 1 minute. 30 seconds later knock knock sorry for delay is there anything else can I help you with. God I wish I could remember names her and the woman at front desk in the morning who checked me out today. I hoped you enjoyed your stay come back if in town again have a nice day.
  
  Wingate needs to train others on customer service if they had room service it would be my new home away from home. Thank you staff at Wingate by Wyndham you rock bonuses for all them upper management. If your going to Fredericksburg I would tell you go stay here room spacious clean really clean. I'll see them for sure next time in town second to none.......

  I believe this is the fourth time I've stayed at this hotel and it has always been a nice stay. I enjoy the continental breakfast (there's a lot more different things to chose from than most hotels "continental breakfasts"). This time I got a king size bed and it was very comfortable. My only complaint this time is that the jacuzzi was out of order and that is one of the reasons we choose this hotel when we go through Fredericksburg on our way south.
