They were able to change around my appointments day of so I didn't have to drive 170 plus miles for 3 different appointments. I can't remember the name of the woman who took my blood, but she went above and beyond to help me out.

Thank you Latoya and QTC staff for the warm welcome. The Dr. provided me with insight and understanding of the examination. She was very courteous and knowledgeable of my needs. This was a great experience for my first visit and I look forward to my next. Thank you all!

2 hour round trip. Just had an appointment July 18th. I had a physical evaluation. I was ready to give urine. I asked did I have to give any urine. They said no. Ok, cool.

I get a call today, July 26th, saying I have to go back to the office to give urine on August 1st. Another's 2+ hour round trip just to pee!? Thanks A Lot!

*Update* It was an oversight by the VA. The staff at QTC was great. But just make sure you give them some urine!

The staff and process was amazing. With that being said there was 1 individual that stood out from the rest. The receptionist named Bri was exceptionally professional and courteous. She is definitely an asset to your business and a shining star amongst her colleagues. Her bubbly personality, prompt response and overall attitude are commendable to say the least.

The entire process appears daunting at first, but the doctors and staff went to great lengths to help me schedule my examinations as well as articulate, categorize, organize, and record my service-related injuries and illnesses. I have served my country for over 25 years. I am humbled by how well you honor my military service. Thanks again to QTC Medical Group.
