Came here snd saw Kelly Barriault, who was amazing. She was nice and explained everything in layman’s terms and was extremely patient.

The receptionist when I came in and the person who answered the phone when I called were both not very friendly.

Had a very pleasant visit with Nurse Practitioner Kellie and her lovely assistant. My initial thought along with my husband’s upon reception that it would not be a good visit. Beyond the reception area, our visit was great. The staff beyond those doors were exceptionally professional.

VA Dermatology has friendly staff and amazing customer service. They are very accommodating when it comes to scheduling and appointments. Crystal provides great cosmetic services and is knowledgeable in regards to varying skin types!

The entire staff are warm and welcoming. PA Cynthia Ferguson sets the bar very high and excels patient care. I know when I come into the office, I am greeted with dignity and respect. I am checked in and out swiftly. She explains and ensures that you are comfortable with whatever decision you make about your skin care. After being under the care of Dr. Quarles for over 10 years, I was nervous of seeing someone new. I don't know why I was nervous, every since my first appointment I have truly felt just like family arriving at VA Dermatology. 😊

My experience at the facility from a medical standpoint was very good. My dissatisfaction about my visit was the paperwork that was required for the appointment. Each time I've been there I've always had to do paperwork (demographic information) as though it was my first visit. I prefer to receive paperwork where I have to review and update. I've always been satisfied with the quality of care but this most recent visit was paperwork turnoff!
