Lone Star Lakes Park

Beautiful place to take a walk or go fishing. They also have a place to take your horse for a ride.

I totally enjoyed this part the catfish are endless bites when you take the time to sit out and catch them the view is beautiful the air smells good the location is so out of the way if you are ever in the Suffolk area stop in pull out a chair get your best fishing rod and fish your heart away I definitely enjoyed myself today I didn't want to leave but I will definitely be back thank you lone Star lakes Park

Loved this park. Lots & lots of trails, easy parking in many areas. It's not a cultivated park, so the trails feel closer to nature than park trails that have gravel or the like. Looks like a good place for fishing and/or canoeing/kayaking.

Well laid out park, lakes are very clean and really good fishing from some areas on the shore. The best spots are accessible by a kayak or small boat though. Roads are very bike and/or runner friendly. The city has turned this park into a beautiful place. Needs more bathrooms though. Very quiet and peaceful, very secluded. Great place.
