I work for an apartment community and we have always had great service from Coastal Pest Control! However, our new technician, David, has really made an impact on our working relationship. He's efficient, professional, and informative, always going above and beyond to answer any questions we may have. I highly recommend them for all of your pest control needs!

Just wanted to share my thoughts as a current employee of Coastal. I've never worked for a greater company, dedicated to their customers and employees. The loyalty shown and the team driven unity to push each other to be our absolute best is a rarity these days. Zach was incredible today. Detailed inspection of our crawl space and a full report on access points and what to do. Cedric, another tech we are used to seeing, equally competent and professional. Whatever Costal Pest is doing to instill this kind of dedication and competence combined with first rate customer service is worth copying. I am thoroughly impressed.

We met with Joe today and he was just the nicest guy. Some pest control folks come out and just want to educate you to DEATH. Joe came to work... He was extremely friendly and professional and hit 🎯 ALL the hot spots for pests as requested. If everyone working for this company is like Joe then I can understand the 4.9 st⭐r rating!! Set up a new plan to service our home. When I called the lady who answered the phone was super nice the whole time as I asked several questions. Cedric the technician came out and was friendly, thorough, knowledgeable, great at communicating and overall highly professional.
Update: 2nd visit from them. I wasn't home but my husband was. When I asked him how it went, he said "Fantastic" and "Awesome"! Being a man of few words when it comes to this stuff and being the critic he is, I was happy to hear he had a "fantastic" experience! But then he went on. He was so happy with Cedric, I wish I had been home. I enjoyed Cedric's professionalism and likeable personality and was so happy to hear my husband did too!
