I found the company online, no previous contact. John Redding was the company rep and point man for all work in a large, multi-level condo: carpet removal throughout, replacement with engineered hardwood floors, kitchen hardwood replacement, kitchen, closet and garage cabinet removal, and more. Work was better than first class, on schedule, full clean-up, fair price. The project could not have gone better. Highly recommended.

Working with John was seamless from start to finish. John came to our home the day after we reached out to him after our upstairs bathroom flooded and we needed new carpets. He took detailed measurements and worked with us to get the information we needed for our insurance company. He also worked with our schedule to make sure we could both choose the right carpet and brought tons of samples to the house for us to choose from. His installers were amazing, and despite it being a BIG job, they moved everything and put everything back - they were super professional and did an amazing job. Who knew new carpet could make someone so happy?! It's such a relief to have a positive experience with a house renovation after so many negative ones. We will always highly recommend John for any flooring needs and will use him again in the future when it's time to replace the downstairs flooring.

We purchased a home without seeing it in person due to constraints with our move. We knew immediately we wanted the floors done. The home had a total of 5 types of flooring and that just wasn't going to cut it. John was very engaging from the beginning. The quote process was easy, he was considerate and willing to work with our realtor to ensure we could meet tight timelines. John was thorough and supportive while also being realistic. This is all before the job started. Fast forward and I CANNOT say ENOUGH GOOD THINGS about John & Bryce. The communication is amazing, the install went so well AND once we had completed the main install I added on the bathrooms. They were quick to ensure we had the products that would work best for us and hold up over time. Bryce has taken extra steps to ensure the details are not missed. I will be sad when I have to close all my projects completely (we plan to also do a stair runner install in the very near future) and I look forward to seeing these guys around our house.
