The workouts are invigorating yet don’t take forever - burn calories and have more energy! It’s a wonderful community of women and I’m so happy I joined!!! I love Cindy, Cindy and Donna!!

(March 9, 2021, 12:02 pm)Joining Curves at General Booth has been such a positive experience. I feel healthier and have more energy than i have had in many years. Clothes fit again too !!!. Cyndy and Cindy are the ladies who are there to guide and to encourage and advise you. I love the machines they teach you to use and will correct and help if you are not using them correctly. In the past i have always been intimidated by gymnasiums but not this one. The owner is very conscientious of COVID guidelines and consistently reinforces them..

(July 18, 2018, 2:39 pm)This is a great local gym. I've been a member for several years now. The owner, Cyndy, is very caring and knowledgeable about all aspects of the process. Her right hand, Cindy, is equally proficient. They have basic exercise programs, different classes from zumba to body toning as well as nutritional and diet programs. I'm a proven success story! Women only and highly recommended!
