  What a great experience at Public storage on Holland Road in Alexandria not only due to the facilities being well-maintained and in order but the biggest reason for it is glowing review is Jaszmin at the office. There was a slight issue with my son’s online reservation. Jaszmin went out of her way making multiple phone calls to correct the situation while taking care of two other customers. I would call her a multitasking extraordinaire. She then personally walked us up to the storage unit made sure that everything was just as it should be. She made sure we didn’t have any other additional questions and assured us that if we had any further issues or questions she would be there for us. My son is military and I am his mom that drove down from Buffalo New York to help him for the day today. For us military families we know how plans can change and things can get pretty fast paced. Kudos to Jaszmin for helping us not only stay on schedule with my quick visit to help but also doing so with a very polite courteous and helpful manner. She is an asset to your company hang onto her, she’s a good one. Thank you.

  Price was fair, account set up was easy, kiosk was easy -- just wish the door-stop worked to keep the outside door open AND the lights were definitely not in synch with the timer (poor lighting and only in halls)

  I want to thank Karen at public storage for her assistance today. The lock on my storage room would not open. She came to the storage unit to give me assistance. She was not able to open the lock and she did a work order for the lock to cut open and given me a replacement lock. Within a couple of hours I was able to get into my storage unit. That was fast cause I thought I would have to wait a week. Once again Karen, thank you so much for your help.

  Ms. Karen and her staff are just great! They are always friendly and welcoming. The office and grounds are always well kept. This is a great location.. I was on my way OOT and Ms. Karen called to let me know i had left something in my storage. Great customer service. I would highly recommend this location.

  Karen was absolutely amazing. I’d give her x10 stars!! Public Storage was not my first stop, Jack Rabbit was. Although the lady at Jack rabbit was nice she didn’t ask me certain qualifying questions in order to better assist me👎 Karen at public storage DID! From the second I walked, in Karen was smiling, extremely informative and asked me the right questions. It allowed her to better assist me in providing a solution. But it’s not just that. She didn’t create value, she showed me the value. Therefore she earned my business all day.
