I am so grateful that Pharmacy Innovations has made it so that I can give medicine 2x a day in a little oral syringe to my cat that won’t take pills! They have reduced my stress tremendously!
I love this pharmacy and have always received quick, courteous service from them. There was even one time when I was going out of town the same day and they filled my refill which normally would take 24 hours. This week I ordered a refill and for the first time ever, I paid to have it shipped. It was paid before 2pm and arrived the next day. For full disclosure I have to say that my otc nasal spray was missing from the pkg so I had to call about that but I was assured it would be shipped the next business day, Monday. I’ll survive until then. 👍🏼
10 out 10, this pharmacy is the best! The staff and pharmacists are incredibly kind and understanding, and they will advocate for you to get your medication as soon as possible. There have been many occasions where they have dealt with my doctors on my behalf to get my medication and advocated for me and gotten it ready at an incredibly quick turnaround. They know me by name, and when I come in, they see me and have it ready before I say a word. I can't tell you how rare it is that I receive that kind of care and attention when dealing with doctors and pharmacies. They care about you personally and have incredible customer service. I would recommend anyone using them!
I absolutely LOVE using this little pharmacy! They are always very professional and go out of their way to keep me up to date on any new products for my ailments as well as remember who I am. They are so polite and go the extra mile every single time. I’m beyond thrilled to do business with them!
Pharmacy Innovations is AMAZING! I have to get special compounds that only they can supply. The customer service is beyond great! The type you rarely find these days. They are thorough, fast and efficient and are always friendly even when I call with repeated questions or rushed order requests. This is an excellent business to deal with!
