Dr. George makes sure she takes time to listen and cover all bases. She is the best doctor I’ve ever had, I feel very lucky to have had her for 10 years. She is always on time and follows up.
5 stars from beginning to end. The receptionist was extremely friendly and professional. It was my first visit and I forgot my insurance card and she was very kind and worked with me to find the information she needed online. The nurse explained every thing that would happen during my visit and was very complete with my medical history. Dr George was awesome! She was very friendly and extremely thorough!
When I moved to VA Beach a few years back, I needed to find a doctor to address my mental health issues. I can't remember how it was that I came to Dr. George but she has been a complete life saver! She is by far one of the kindest physicians I have ever met, and she addresses my needs with the utmost profession. One of my friends sees her as well.
I had an insurance change at one point and was heartbroken when I was told I could no longer see her. Unfortunately I still needed to see a doctor regularly so I went with Sentara and took what they could give me. Needless to say, it was not a fun experience. I eventually found a doctor I liked only to have her leave the office I attended, and then was replaced by someone it was almost impossible to not have my appointments canceled with. When I did finally get to see her, she snuffed me off and said she couldn't help so I would have to go elsewhere, after only one visit! I felt like a lost cause.
Amazingly, I was able to switch to a different insurance that allowed me to see Dr. George again, and it was like I never left. She welcomed me back with kindness and understanding, and I refuse to see anyone else as long as she practices.
I was looking for a new family doctor and decided to try Dr. George based on a couple recommendations from friends. I'm So glad I did! Dr. George and her nurse provided me with excellent care. I was pleasantly surprised by the amount of time Dr. George spent with me. She was attentive and engaged and offered feedback based on my concerns. She was easy going and friendly yet professional. I felt very at ease with her and her nurse. I found the staff at the front desk to be friendly and helpful as well. Great experience!
