My name is Nell Gallagher and The Property Shoppe has managed properties owned by myself and my husband Thom for many years. The Property Shoppe and my manager Debbie Baker have maintained the highest level of professional services any property owner could expect from a property management company. I would highly recommend The Property Shoppe to any property owner and give them 5 stars.

Debi Baker at The Property Shoppe has been our property management agent for the last 5 years and she was also our real estate agent for the recent sale of our property. From day one, she made things really easy by handling most of the paperwork electronically. While managing the property, I could tell she kept our wellbeing in mind. When things would break, as they normally do, she would negotiate with her vendors to make sure we were treated fairly. I am sure most people who have rental properties know, when your property manager is calling, it isn't because the tenants want to pay more rent. It is usually when something broke and is going to cost money. With Debi, when I got those calls, I knew I would be treated fairly, and many times I was amazed at how little some of the things cost that broke.

My family recently decided to sell this property and Debi handled everything. I was amazed at how little I needed to do because it was already taken care of by Debi. Again, when selling the house, the minor repairs that needed to be done were all taken care of at very reasonable costs.

I can not express how nice it was working with Debi and her company The Property Shoppe. I would highly recommend to anyone with real estate needs.

The Property Shoppe Team has managed our properties for many years. They are always professional and responsive to all of our tenants needs and are a joy to work with. Debi and Nora are our two contacts and both go the extra mile - always! We recently had a tenant who feel way behind due to illness. Nora worked directly with this tenant and navigated all of the needed paperwork for this government rental assistance program. We are forever grateful to Nora for all of her extra efforts. One of the best decisions we made several years ago was moving our rentals over to The Property Shoppe.

We contacted The Property Shoppe about managing our property a little over three years ago and are as happy with them today as we were at that time. Kim Cox impressed us from the onset. She was professional, prompt, courteous, and honest. We have had nothing but positive experiences. Our tenants are great people and when their lease ended, which I might add was a three year lease, we decided to stay with The Property Shoppe, not because we found that we had to, but rather, because we wanted to. We are a military family and could probably manage our home on our own and save money, however we know how hard Kim works for us and the peace of mind that brings is priceless. From a homeowners perspective I highly recommend The Property Shoppe!
