I've had a storage unit at this location for several years. Susan has always been helpful to me and greeted me With a smile. I highly recommend this company.

Susan made the leasing process easy and was polite and understanding to my needs. I got the space I needed and she was very helpful with the login and the entrance code. The customer service was very professional and would recommend to others.

Josie did such an incredible job at working to get me just the unit I needed and answering my questions! She was thoughtful, straight forward, and made me confident in the process and outcome of storing my belongings. I can not thank you enough Josie for helping me through this process and being so thoughtful in your approach.

Josie made a stressful situation so much easier to deal with. She was super patient with my many questions and thorough in her answers. I'd always head into the office overwhelmed because of the reason I had the storage in the first place and would leave feeling like I didn't have a care in the world thanks to her. Would recommend highly just because of Josie.

I have been here going on six years and I have no complaints. The lady in the office is always friendly and goes out of her way for everyone. If u want to see how big the storage units actually are, she will take u to them and explain exactly how much u can fill in each with no problem. She is always patient and observing! Best one in Va Beach!!
