We have been bringing our three vehicles ( Sedan, Jeep and huge Silverado) to Back Bay Auto since moving to Pungo. They have addressed every issue and concern from inspections to major issues. I had a leaky valve stem on my TPMS and called first thing and they were able to squeeze me in right away and replace the leaking one with a standard non TPMS one and saved our vacation! People there were wonderful and very kind. Please give them your business.

Had a tire pressure monitor illuminate on our Audi. We pulled in just to get off the road and check our tires. An employee came out spoke to my husband, checked all our tires, pulled out his inflator, made sure all tires were good and there were no leaks and said, "have a good day, come back if you have a problem". Didn't charge us and wouldn't take any cash. Now that's a great business!!!

Extremely impressed with the neighbors at Back Bay Auto Repair. Brought my CR-V in on a late afternoon and had it back first thing the next day. Fair pricing, quick service and great customer service! Highly recommended!!
