Pivot PT- Virginia Beach (Red Mill)

The physical therapists and staff are serious about making their clients better. They are hard working easy to work with.

I am starting my second round of treatment with Robert Kirby, I am very pleased with the results so far and continue to look forward to my therapy each week, as I improve.

I have been a patient of Pivot in Red Mill four times. I told the great staff that I am their "frequent flyer." You receive very personalized and individual care. All the threapists can and do provide guidance even though you are generally assigned to one. It is a pleasant, almost family atmosphere. I suspect I will need physical therapy in the future and will continue to return there.

I've been using Pivot PT since November 2021. My therapists have been Alex, Riley and Neal. They have all done amazing work taking care of me. I especially like the friendly and fun atmosphere that they create. I'm always greeted by first name and have never felt pressured or neglected in any way. All my questions have been answered with different views from multiple therapists. They always make sure I do my exercises correctly so I don't hurt myself or miss out on the benefit of the exercise. I love every visit I've had up to this point.

My experience with Pivot Physical Therapy and with therapist Michael has been fantastic. I always felt that Michael had my best interest at heart and he wanted me to be the best I could be after shoulder replacement surgery. I felt welcome and always felt like the folks at Pivot in Salem VA really cared about me. It has been a great experience and I highly recommend them.
