We have been renting from Siebert for a few years now and this is the first stay at this house. Our time here was excellent and very relaxing. House is beautifully decorated and you can tell it is taken care of. The teens really enjoyed being able to hang out by themselves downstairs. The only suggestion I would have is for the pool and Hot tub - since this house is Sunday to Sunday, these two should really be cleaned out late Saturday or the pool crew comes early Monday morning. When we arrived, there was TONS of sand in both. As far as serving dishes, we brought our own (and left them for others to use) as there was definitely not enough serving dishes/bowls. Lastly, the floors were sandy that we had to keep wiping our feet upstairs even after I made everyone take their shoes off before entering the house. Otherwise, everything else was wonderful and we absolutely love this house. See you next year!!! The Walsh Family!!!

Absolutely LOVED our stay here. Despite the rainy day, it was a beautiful house with an indoor pool, many rooms with beds, ocean view, and appliances in the kitchen. This was our first time renting a house with Siebert and they had excellent customer service. They allowed us to view the house before our designated stay. They were always answering all of our questions and ensured us that everything was cleaned and sanitized for our stay. We would definitely stay here again. We 100% recommend Siebert Realty!

We are a very happy repeat customer of Siebert Realty. We've used them a number of times for Virginia Beach house rentals and have always been pleased. Every year we rent a house in Virginia Beach with our neighbors for winter break in February, and we've also rented houses during the summer for our summer vacation. The staff is very responsive, professional, and easy to work with in the reservation process. The houses have been stellar accommodations--very clean, plenty of space, well-appointed kitchen and amenities. We've always had a wide selection of houses available to suit our needs and budget. The check-in/check-out process is efficient and easy. We've found their rental prices and fees to be at least competitive, and better than other rental companies for the area. I highly recommend Siebert for the quality of their service and their accommodations.

Siebert Realty is a great Sandbridge Beach vacation rental realty. Website is very easy to navigate, to make reservations, & provides plenty of pictures for each vacation rental. Very pleasant staff & vacation home was very clean. We stayed at Happy Ours and the layout & amenities were perfect for our family. We enjoyed ourselves so much we are returning next week to stay at another one of their rentals!

We love renting our annual family beach cottage from Siebert Realty! The descriptions and pictures online are always spot on, the staff there are very helpful and friendly, and the cottages very clean and well equipped. While peak season is at a premium, there are plenty of options. If you want oceanfront, you need to reserve well in advance. Sandbridge is a very family oriented and quiet beach. And, if you have a dog, there are a lot of dog-friendly cottages and dogs are allowed on the beach early and late. We very highly recommend Siebert Realty!
