Best engine company I've ever worked with. We have a whole fleet of vehicles and have had to order motors in the past and prior to finding Blackwater, the process was grueling. Blackwater is fast, friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful and if they don't know, they find out. They've gone above and beyond and I highly recommend them

Purchased a 4.6 Ford motor. Everyone I talked to at Blackwater was very knowledgeable, friendly, and quick to respond to any questions I had. Motor was wry well built, crated perfectly, and shipped quickly. The core return was very easy, and refund was quick. Shout out to Thomas and Shannon. They made this whole engine replacement a lot easier. Will definitely use them again and have already referred them to others. Top notch company!

We dealt with Dale who was very helpful and knowledgeable. He had nothing but patience with us. Slow start and still working on getting the truck running and hoping all goes with no issues. Placing the order to delivery and pick up was smooth. Will check back in.

Absolutely amazing company! The customer service and support is second to none! The complete 7.3 Powerstroke I ordered has been an absolute beast! Can’t wait to order another for my second truck. Thanks so much for everything Blackwater!! McCain Land Clearing and Hauling in Florida will only be doing engine business with Blackwater. Zero problems with the engine. Couldn’t be happier.

Edit: I see some negative reviews about shipping. We did have a little hiccup with shipping, but it was 100% on the shipping company and it mostly stemmed from the shipment being earlier than expected. I’ll never be mad about something arriving sooner than I was told. I can’t ding Blackwater for something that is the fault of the shipping company.
