I cannot recommend Mr. Kuligowski highly enough! I really messed up.. I received a reckless driving, I can’t believe it and am ever so thankful. He is a miracle worker.

I was in desperate need of a lawyer on a Saturday. Most attorneys are not working during the weekends. Monte answered the phone. Anytime I needed questions answers Monte answered the phone. When you need a lawyer Monte will be there for you and fight with everything he has. Thank god I chose the right attorney. I had false allegations brought against me and Monte got them dismissed. Mr. Kuligowski got the reckless changed to a defective equipment charge! I can’t believe it and am ever so thankful. He is a miracle worker. I’ve never had to go to court before and was so nervous. He told me exactly what to do and how to prepare. He kept me fully updated and was very professional, kind and personable throughout the whole process. As you may know speeding +20mph in the state of Virginia is a class 1 misdemeanor crime which is the last thing you want in your records. I had a 80/45 ticket and was so scared. I called many lawyers, many of them didn't wanna work on my case and some told me there's nothing can be done except going to the court on your behalf and sign the paper. Then I found Monte who was willing to work on my case he had hopes, what I didn't see in any other lawyers. He emphasized from the beginning that I should follow his instruction if this is important for me. Not only I followed all his instruction but also I came up with some suggestions which he fully supported me.
Long story short, "CLASS 1 MISDEMEANOR" got reduced to 'simple speeding ticket' so I can sleep well at night.
