(January 9, 2020, 8:02 am)BBS was very professional and arrived in the time window promised. James was a very nice guy who did an excellent job and was very honest. They were respectful of my yard and did the job very fast. James inspected the septic tank and let me know it was in really good shape for 30 years old. His crew was very nice as well. I dug up the septic cover and they filled it back in for no charge. James answered all of my questions about the septic and took time to listen to my concerns and gave advice on maintaining the health and condition of the tank. I highly recommend BBS as they treated me the same as a long time customer even though this was the first time I hired them. He didn’t try to sell any unneeded services or products. BBS is just honest and hard working. Thank you for taking care of my septic. If I have any issues or concerns with my septic I know I will be contacting them right away.

(November 11, 2019, 7:01 pm)I could not be a happier customer! The guys from BBS came out on a Sunday and diagnosed the problem and fixed it in no time. Another company said I need a lot more work done and wanted to charge me so much money to replace equipment and lines that didn’t need to be replaced. I really appreciate the honesty. You have all my future septic business and I will recommend you guys to everyone I know that has a septic system.

(October 21, 2019, 9:15 pm)I haven’t hired BBS Septic Service, but this review is to commend the integrity of James. After a minor car collision, an accident that anyone could have done, James took responsibility for his end of the accident and swiftly and diligently took care of the costs for my damaged fender. I was impressed with his attitude towards the bummer situation. Accidents happen and you can either blame others for your mistakes or take ownership like an honest, good human being. James is the latter. I can’t speak to his trade, but I can say that James is a man of his word. If I have septic problems in the future, BBS will be the first I call.
