(January 31, 2023, 9:26 am)I have been seeing Dr. Guan for over a decade, and I can't say enough nice things about her concern for my well-being. And the rest of the staff are just as amazing - the phlebotomist, Cheyenne, is always very mindful of my needle phobia, and I barely feel the needle going in. Barb at the checkout desk is always friendly and cheerful, and Dr. Guan's nurse assistants always treat me with kindness and respect. The ladies at the front desk always have smiles for everyone. (My whole family sees Dr. Guan - we're so lucky to have her as our PCP.) The awards both Dr. Guan and the practice have continually received over the years are a testament of the excellence of the services they provide. 😊
