I have been to Faso's braiding & Beauty three times Yasmina has exceeded my expectations every time! I ❤️ her she is fast the price is reasonable she gets you in & out in a very timely manner very friendly. I ❤️ would recommend this shop to anyone looking for a nice clean friendly convient atmosphere in the Williamsburg,Yorktown,Newport News, Hampton Rds area (the drive will definitely be worth it)😊

The place was clean, I didn't have to wait to get my hair done. Friendly and kind staff. I would go back again to get my hair done. The only thing was, I asked to get my hair styled and was told they don't have time. I had to give my money up front before my hair was finished

This is to respond Andreina Chavez. As you said to the staff, they could have been better with communication. That was warranted. They could have told you that you’re just a walk in without an appointment and that there wasn’t an expectation for someone to be immediately available during a down-pouring storm that was keeping the staff from arriving to do your hair.

But then you decided to toss in the old “pretty sure it was racism” card against them, ignoring the multiple races in the room, to which I’ve never, nor my spouse have ever, experienced nor observed in the many times we’ve gone here. Even if you delete or alter your review, this review will be a reminder of the vile accusations you leveled at good people.

While on vacation our son decided that he wanted to get his hair braided for the first time. After research I decided to go with Faso. Yasmina was so gentle and patient with our son that he was at times nodding off to sleep. We will be making a 2 hour trip back to see her for his next appointment. Not to mention the shop was clean and organized!
