Before hearing about CadeFit, I was struggling heavily with low back pain. I had been to doctors and chiropractors and none gave me any long term solutions. After just a few meetings with CadeFit though, my back is already feeling better. My posture is better in every way and other parts of my body that I didn't realize needed attention feel better as well. Highly recommend!
I could hardly play sports, go fishing, or even cut the grass before going to CadeFit. I had been a college athlete, a state police officer, and I was still in my late 20's and I would have to rest for 3 days after doing simple tasks around the house. Within 3 weeks at CadeFit, I could function better then I had in years. After a month, I could play golf, fish all day, and play basketball again and have no pain afterwards! Its been awesome to have my life back again!
I started going to CadeFit to work on my posture. I have a bad lower back. Torn disk and bulging disk. After a few months of working with Brian, my posture is completely different and my pain has subsided. I am thankful CadeFit.
I just got out of a session of coaching and I can honestly say I have loved every step of this process! At our first posture visit, I was taught simple exercises that helped manage areas my pain was coming from and I experienced immense relief within the hour (and each time I complete my menu at home)! I also had the opportunity to try a coaching session for my mind as Brian worked with me one on one to address some of the mental obstacles I'd been struggling with. We did some clarifying conversations and I can even feel the tension relief from those exercises as well. I tend to carry a lot of stress and anxiety and it hinders me from the lifestyle I want. After walking out of strength from within I feel physically and mentally less burdened and more adequately prepared for my week. I can't recommend this place enough with how much they've been able to help, thank you Alisa and Brian for all you do!
I was seeking help for chronic lower back pain and Brian Cade offers help through a series of exercises and stretches. The program (Egoscue Method) focuses on creating balance within the body. It's been 6 weeks since my last appointment and as long as I keep doing my workouts, there is no pain. I would highly recommend CadeFit to anyone looking for help!
