  The customer service was excellent, very thorough and they explained everything. I even got a ride home all the way from caples Rd to la center. Now that is what I call good service. It took my previous mechanic five times before they could detect the problem.
  It took one time with Lobbestael auto and they had it fixed in no time. I won't hesitate to refer them to anyone.

  I have come to this shop for various major repairs needed on my truck for over a year. Lobbestael Automotive has some of the better pricing in the area compared to a lot of other local and chain automotive shops. They also have an excellent warranty on the work they perform. As of recently they have improved a few things around at their business that make you feel even more welcome, appreciated, and updated regarding the work being done!

  We are new fans for Lobbestael's. They did a major repair on our diesel (Power Stroke) Van; one we did not initially welcome because of the $$ and length of time involved. But, it was a repair that needed to be done. We could not be happier with the outcome. Chuck and Steve did a great job of proactively communicating the status of the repair, which spanned several days. Steve even burned the midnight oil to complete the repair ahead of a trip to the coast we had been planning for months. The van was clean and ready for our trip on the morning we needed it. To say they went the "extra mile", would be a serious understatement. We will be back and without reservation highly recommend Lobbestael's to others.

  Great place to bring your vehicles. Very fair from my experience. No surprises. Willing to diagnose problems and let me fix the simple ones. Bring your car here. You won't be disappointed.

  Quality work , the shop communicated with me , let me know what I might expect and made the necessary repairs. Nobody likes spending money on auto repairs or maintenance but if you can trust the shop and you take care of your vehicle , it is worth it.
