Being a first time buyer just really make me lose and anxious but he did the best to bring us a really good experience when we there. It's really help me feel more comfortable for being first time buying a car. We just love it and really want to say thank you I very appreciate what he done to help us with that car.

He went above and beyond to make sure the truck was there and ready for us to look at. He worked around my schedule to make it happen. His team members Justin and Quay were also excellent and helpful. They stayed late to make sure we were taken care of. Customer service was top tier. Much appreciated. I wish all car buying experiences were this way.

(December 11, 2022, 7:48 pm)Our family had a great experience at Vancouver Ford. We were drawn there for a specific used car and were immediately greeted by Antonio Duran. He showed us the car in a very low pressure environment. He was very inviting and great with our 13 year old who was along with us for the test drive. We couldn't come together on price for the car that day, but a few days later he followed up with a very friendly phonecall and we were able to negotiate a very fair and honest price. The car is great, the experience was great and Antonio was very honest, very friendly and never pushy. Highly recommend Vancouver Ford!!!

Sierra was quick to greet us each time we made a visit and provided amazingly detailed information, answering all the questions we had on our truck. Sierra and Justin were kind enough to organize all the paperwork ahead of time so when we showed up to finalize our purchase, we were in and out in minutes! With their help, we got the truck of our dreams at an extremely generous price. We couldn't be happier!
