  So purchased a phone from them and though it wasn’t there fault it was this cell phone company claiming it couldn’t be activated. We eventually got it activated, Cases just didn’t say oh well, they offered to replace the phone was very respectful. Kevin and owner nice guys thank you so much for ur help guys. Ur awesome!!

  Amazing business! For a while my iphone was dying out on me so fast and I was thinking I would need to just buy a whole new iPhone (an upgrade). I went in with the idea of buying a new phone and having to spend so much money. But going in and asking about the differences about the phones and thinking the guy behind the counter was just going to just tell me to buy the most expensive one there. But he was really honest and nice and just answered my questions. Then I just told him my problem with my phone and he told me they have batteries they can just replace for me. I was so happy to hear that they not only have the batter but they instal it and they don’t charge so much for it! I’m so happy to always get all my phones and cases from this place. Thank you again Shane for being awesome and helping me with my phone needs!!

  The good: Good quality used phones at a decent price. Much better than what's available in Portland-worth the trip. Very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I bought a used Note8. Within a few days I noticed that the battery was discharging faster than expected. No problem-they replaced the battery at no cost.
  The bad: The replacement battery is showing considerable weakness after less than 3 months of use. A USB-C cable I bought failed within a few days.
  So...I think it is a good place to buy a used phone but it seems that the quality of their parts and accessories is very poor. I'm being generous with 4 stars. Consider it far less if buying accessories or having a part replaced.
