I have been attending this church for nearly two months and I am so glad I found it. Bethel has a friendly atmosphere and the preaching and the music is excellent. I have found a new home in my new town.

Actually I was there today for my brother-in-law's memorial service. Beautiful sanctuary. Pastor and wife are very nice people. The accommodations for the luncheon were very nice. A big thank you to the Bethel Community Church in Washougal, WA.

I have attended Bethel Community Church for several years and I love it! I love the sound biblical teaching from Rich Blum, I love the variety of beautiful music that Rich Stafford and his team lead, I love the youth group program, and I especially love the (growing) small town church feel of Bethel where everyone knows your name and cares about you.

Rich Blum does an exceptional job as a pastor at Bethel and we are so grateful everything he and his family do for our church. He preaches straight out of the Bible and encourages us to live Godly lives and to share the Gospel with others. Is he human? Certainly, we all are and we all fall short at times, but he is transparent and lives what he preaches, and our church has grown and has been blessed, probably because of his sound teaching.

We welcome anyone to come to Bethel Community Church. It is warm and inviting and the people radiate the love of Jesus. Please come see for yourself- you'll love it too!

I came to this church lonely and hesitant about fitting in and becoming a member of another body. Church can often be one of the LEAST safe places. However, that is NOT Bethel Community Church. From the very first visit, I was embraced and welcomed. I've received phone calls and cards when I haven't been there. I've found a place to serve and am growing because of it. The people are genuine and lovely!
Rich Blum, the pastor, extends real sacrificial love. His preaching is right in line with Scripture. He challenges, teaches and lives in truth. He is SUCH an encourage! He has a great heart of compassion. To add to that, his family is wonderful. They tirelessly and consistently love others and each other.
The church provides many opportunities to learn and grow in my relationship with the Lord. Rich is passionate about seeking and going after Him in his life...a wonderful role model* and providing discipleship opportunities.
My only concern for him is the countless hours he gives at his own expense. It will be great! when the new assistant pastor comes on board to lift some of the load.
Need a body to worship with that becomes family? Come check out Bethel to sit at Jesus' feet and let us LOVE on you!

I have attended Bethel several times and have always felt welcomed.
The people there are clearly treat each other like family, but a very open and encouraging one that is open to new folks joining in or visiting.
I am a member of another church in the Community, but I attended Bethel for Christmas Eve services because my Church was not having one at that time (ours had been earlier in the week). The folks at Bethel very friendly, the sermon and music were both great and I walked away feeling the way I always do when I attend there: glad I came.
