  Always the best when you get off the ferry need something to eat and there it is that wonderful quiche made just for me.

  Red Apple has gotten a lot better over recent years, though they could do better with organics. As it is, I drive past them most of the time up the island to either The Goose or Payless.
  
  Also, their odd entry/exit doors make the store feel smaller than it actually is, and less welcoming.

  Wanted to buy fresh Penn Cove mussels and clams to cook at home and was told that Apple Market at Ken's Korner was the place to buy them in Langley.
  
  The staff were helpful and friendly, the store looked clean and tidy. Can't comment about the grocery prices except for the clams and mussels. They were fresh and priced similarly to stores in Seattle.
  
  Will shop here next time when we are in the area.

  Whidbey Island Bagel is one of my favorite weekly visits. The jalapeno cheddar is my favorite toasted with cream cheese and ofcourse my latte. They remodeled awhile back and have new additions to their menu. They also have a nice selection of breakfast and lunch to select from and I always enjoy talking to the owner who just opened a second location in Oak Harbor on April 1st. Please visit them, you will not be disappointed.
  Good Cheer is a great place to check out for awesome deals. You never know what you'll find, these are just a few of many of my acquisitions.Prices are great and occasionally they have specials. The key...to visit often.
