The gals in there have been very helpful in a very, very stressful time for me. The fire in our home has thrown us into disbelief and confusion. It's helps alot that they answer the phone in the local office and don't make listen to a five minute prompt before actually getting someone on the phone. My father always stood firm on state farm ground and the tradition has carried on to me. No matter what state I buy in I always use state farm. Every house I have ever owned. Thankfully I haven't needed them but 3 times over all the years, but when I have, they have always been helpful and easy to work with. The contractors involved in the clean up are relieved to hear that my insurance is with state farm because they don't get the run around from them. Thanks you guys

We have been State Farm customers for the past few years, both in New Mexico and Washington. Setting up house and auto insurance in a new state is not always an easy task and can be onerous. That was not case for us when we moved back to Washington state 7 months ago. Jenna Adams from the Freeland, WA office helped make our move less stressful by making the insurance purchase experience easy and great. She is professional, courteous and knowledgeable. She has also helped us with getting commercial insurance for our company. Being a bit more complex because it requires more information for this type of insurance, Jenna worked with us in getting the necessary information back to the insurance underwriter.
